scrollable bar on Areachart

Hi am trying to implement the scrollable stuff for my AreaChart.
I was not able to figure out why the chart is not getting displayed. donno where exactly am going wrong.
The dataProvider to the ScrollableAxisRenderer is zero. Any ideas ???
